Overview
The work, explained.
Modern headlights are polycarbonate with a thin factory UV coating on the outside. Sun and heat break that coating down, and once it fails the plastic itself oxidizes — first hazy, then yellow, then milky and cracked. The real cost is not cosmetic: a hazed lens scatters light instead of projecting it, so your usable night beam distance drops dramatically even with new bulbs.
Restoration is a refinishing job, not a polish. We mask surrounding paint and trim, then wet-sand the lens through progressive grits to physically remove the failed coating and the oxidized layer beneath it. Each grit erases the scratch pattern of the one before, which is why skipping steps leaves lenses that look clear in the shade and hazy in sunlight. Optical polishing then brings the plastic back to full transparency.
The critical final step is sealing. Bare polycarbonate with no UV layer will yellow again within months — this is why cheap toothpaste-and-polish fixes never last. We apply a UV-stable clear coat and cure it, restoring both clarity and long-term protection, then check the beam pattern so you can see the improvement in output rather than just in the parking lot.

Method
How we approach it.

Assess
We inspect the paint, read its thickness and note every stain and scuff before a single product comes out.

Correct
Decontamination, polishing and protection, chosen for the surface in front of us rather than a menu.
